Strategic campaign planning begins and ends with research.
Before crafting a campaign plan, the HBC team conducts in-depth research; this includes analyzing the strategy of your biggest competitors, in-depth issue-related research for upcoming news-triggers such as rulings and legislative moves and scanning our proprietary editorial calendar database for opportunities. Only when we have a full picture do we begin work to put together a strategy.
Once the strategy has been implemented, how do you know if your PR is working? How do you know if the dollars have been well spent? HBC believes in the importance of careful analysis at the end of any campaign to evaluate its impact, understand what worked and what didn't and implement follow-up that builds upon this knowledge.
