Fighting Back Under Attack

A prominent law firm faced a discrimination lawsuit and EEOC complaint from a rogue, disgruntled former employee who slandered the firm in opinion pieces and on the blogosphere.  The firm turned to HBC for its reputation monitoring and crisis communications services.  Monitoring key news outlets, blogs (including the attorney's blog) and web sources, HBC provided real-time updates reporting on any material or public commentary concerning the matter, and helped the firm prepare timely responses to the employee’s erroneous claims, including a point-by-point rebuttal of the allegations and a comprehensive media response plan.
